I received a welcome email from RxPrep but am having trouble confirming my account.

If an RxPrep account was created for you, you should have received an email from RxPrep asking you to confirm your account:

  • Click on the blue Confirm Account button in the email. You will be redirected to the RxPrep website, where your account will be automatically verified.
    • If the Confirm Account button does not work, there should be a link at the bottom of the email that you can copy and paste into a web browser.
  • Use the temporary password (also included in the Welcome email) along with your email address to log into your new RxPrep account.
